As the days grow shorter and the air fills with the scent of rain, November invites us to slow down.

It’s a time when many of us begin to turn inward, searching for quiet moments, soft lights, and spaces that remind us it’s okay to rest.

Here at Constellations Counselling in Kitsilano, our studio has begun its own gentle transformation. Fairy lights now frame the window, our salt lamp glows warmly in the corner, and the kettle is always ready for tea. This month, we’re holding space for creativity, connection, and care for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), gentle creatives, and anyone who needs a pause before the holidays begin.

A Month to Slow Down and Soften

🌿 Our Approach

At Constellations, we blend art therapy and counselling with creativity, ritual, and reflection, allowing sensitivity to become a source of strength and expression. We also host small creative workshops in Vancouver throughout the year to help you reconnect with your imagination and inner calm.

🕯️ A Reflection for November

As we move toward winter, may you find your own small rituals of calm: lighting a candle, stirring something warm, or simply pausing to breathe.

The quieter season doesn’t ask us to produce; it invites us to listen.

Wherever this month meets you, we hope you find a moment to exhale, perhaps here, within our cozy corner of Kitsilano.

With warmth,

Heather
